Exchange/Return Policy:
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase we will make every attempt to make it right. Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you think you’ve received a defective item, incorrect items, or missing items from your order please contact us by email or phone within 2 days of receiving your order. If not reported within that time frame, we will be unable to issue a store credit.
We do not offer refunds to original form of payment, only store credits. Store credits eligible on non-final sale items when postmarked within 15 days of being delivered.
Items can be exchanged for a different size on the same item.
All exchanges must be received within 15 days of the customer having received their package. Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Returned items for exchange must remain unwashed and unworn. Free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear. An exchange order for the new size will be processed and shipped out to you within 2-3 business days after receiving your returned item. To complete your exchange we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address listed on the original order. Please note that the exchange is subject to availability. If we do not have the item and/or size in stock when we receive your return we will process the return as a gift card code. All items that are final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
